Kevin Donohue | Founder & Managing Director

Kevin brings over 20 years of specialist industry experience to PSM Line Marking. Combining an academic background in analytical logic and design, he approaches every site with technical accuracy and a sharp eye for precision alignment.

Kevin mastered his trade working side-by-side with his father at PSM Building Services, developing a deep understanding of groundwork, surface preparation, and civil construction standards. Following his father’s retirement, Kevin co-directed a highly successful groundwork and line marking firm with his brother over the last 7 years. Having always been the driving force behind the line marking division across both previous businesses, Kevin launched PSM Line Marking to focus exclusively on his core passion:

Precision Technical Execution: Personally directing all on-site operations - his attention to detail and diligence ensure every job is completed to the highest standard.
Material & Application Expertise: Highly skilled in hot-applied thermoplastic, cold-applied plastics, specialist paints, and preformed surface graphics for high-durability finishes.
Surface Preparation & Durability: Leveraging decades of groundwork knowledge to assess substrate integrity, ensuring maximum adhesion and longevity across all surface types.

Naomi Donohue | Operations Manager

Naomi oversees the operational and strategic framework behind PSM Line Marking. Combining an academic background holding a BSc in Mathematics with over 20 years of senior leadership experience across finance, accountancy recruitment, and corporate operations, she brings exceptional analytical rigor and administrative clarity to the business.

Having successfully led client relationship portfolios, business administration, and compliance standards, Naomi ensures that our back office operates with the exact same level of precision seen on-site:

Commercial & Financial Management: Applying a strong background in banking, finance, and operations to oversee budgeting, transparent client accountancy, and project costing.
